Our Cancellation & Returns Policy
Returns are not accepted due to the perishable nature of the goods and food safety precautions. However, a full refund will be offered in cases where:
You cancel your order before we have dispatched the product(s).
We are unable to deliver the product(s) within 14 days of your order being placed. We would inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to obtain a full refund or credit for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the food product.
An item does not conform to specification. You must notify us of non-conformity within 24 hours of delivery for a refund to be considered.Photographic evidence of the non-conformity will be required. Please contact greenandgrainy@gmail.com within 24hrs of receiving your order and state the information listed below when reporting any instance of non-conformity. We will reply with further instructions.

Should a non-conformity come to your attention after 24 hrs since delivery, please contact us immediately and it will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Because we use independent contractors to deliver our food products, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any delay in delivery. If something happens which is outside of our control; and affects the estimated date of delivery, we will let you know as soon as possible and give you a revised estimated date for delivery.
